Job Description As a member of the staff of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service (NCCES), the County Administrative Assistant's primary responsibility is to provide support to the County Extension Director and other staff as assigned. The County Administrative Assistant cooperates with colleagues in the NCCES and county leaders in performing assigned responsibilities. The County Administrative Assistant provides customer service to call-in and walk-in clientele and is responsible for assisting in developing and maintaining county budgets, maintaining grant fund budgets, managing certain Extension reports and communicating with Extension administration.
